26.7% revenue growth fuelled by organic growth, including four new start-ups, and three acquisitions.

The Board of Directors of Nordic Transport Group A/S (NTG) have approved the interim report for the first six months of 2019, which showed continued growth driven by strong organic growth, including establishment of four new start-ups as well as the acquisition of UK-based DAP (UK) Ltd., Japanese-based TAK International Ltd. and German-based Nellen & Quack Gronau.

Årsrapport 2018

Aktionærerne i Nordic Transport Group A/S (NTG) har på selskabets ordinære generalforsamling godkendt selskabets årsrapport for 2018, som endnu engang udviste markant fremgang i både omsætning og indtjening.

Omsætningen steg med 56% til DKK 4,5 mia. (DKK 2,9 mia.), positivt påvirket af opkøbet af schweiziske Gondrand Group i april 2018. I divisionen Road & Logistics steg omsætningen 47% til DKK 3,6 mia. (DKK 2,5 mia.), mens omsætningen i divisionen Air & Ocean steg 112% til DKK 871 mio. (DKK 410 mio.). Justeret for opkøb var NTGs organiske omsætningsvækst på 13%.

2018 blev endnu et rekordår for NTG som – for ottende år i træk siden grundlæggelsen i 2011 – leverede en markant fremgang i årets omsætning og indtjening.

Regnskabet for 2018 forventes godkendt og offentliggjort på NTGs ordinære generalforsamling den 4. april 2019.

Eivind Kolding bliver ny formand for bestyrelsen i NTG
I forbindelse med afholdelsen af den ordinære generalforsamling i NTG indstilles det, at Eivind Kolding indvælges i bestyrelsen, og at bestyrelsen efterfølgende konstituerer sig med Eivind Kolding som formand.

Nordic Transport Group (NTG) acquires freight forwarding activities in the UK and Japan

Nordic Transport Group (NTG) today announced the acquisition of all shares in UK-based freight forwarder DAP (UK) Ltd., and the freight forwarding activities of Japanese TAK International Ltd.

“With these two acquisitions we continue our growth journey and take another step in becoming a truly global freight forwarder. Both businesses fit perfectly into NTG in terms of activities and geography. By implementing our unique partnership-based business model, with focus on shared ownership by key employees, we will together be stronger and able to capitalise on synergies to the benefit of our customers,” said NTG Group CEO Mikkel Fruergaard.
